MARCH 22 - UK Gold air new print of "The D�mons"
The Fake Doctor Who News Page has learnt that UK Gold aired a new, full colour print of The D�mons.

Unfortunately, it screened at 3am in the morning, and due to such low ratings, UK Gold have opted not to purchase any more new episode prints.
MARCH 15 - BBC Statement Released
The BBC have released a statement regarding a possible revival of Doctor Who as TV series. The statement reads:
"The BBC has decided to come clean. All the announcements that 'We are currently examining different ways to bring back Doctor Who' is false. We just did it to keep the fan boys from ringing up every hour. The following is our true policy regarding Doctor Who: IT'S NOT COMING BACK - NOT TODAY, NOT TOMORROW, NOT EVER! BBC BOOKS LATEST UPDATE: March 21
MARCH 21 - New EDA Confirmed
The Fake Doctor Who News Page has learnt that there will be a November 2003 EDA, and it's a title that has already be confirmed. "Deadly Reunion" was reported to be a PDA, but The Fake Doctor Who News Page can reveal EXCULSIVELY that the novel is actually an EDA, written by Terrance Dicks and Barry Letts.

The Fake Doctor Who News Page has obtained the following plot details from a Ebay auction:

"Once Upon a time there was a planet called Gallifrey...

One day, a very special man was woven from the Looms. He left his home and fought monsters all over the Universe...

MARCH 15 - New PDA Confirmed
The November 2003 PDA has finally been confirmed. Entitled "The Ambiguity of Canon", featuring the Sixth Doctor, Grant Markham, Evelyn Smythe and Frobisher, is to be written by Rob Shearman and Steve Lyons.

The Fake Doctor Who News Page have been given the following plot details by a BBC cleaner:

"The world of Continuos is beautiful and peaceful place, so why has the TARDIS landed there?

The Doctor knows something isn't right, but can't tell that to his companions: the computer expert from the near future, the university lecturer from the present and the alien shape shifter from the far future.

MARCH 15 - Last Novella details available
Telos have announced details of their last Doctor Who Novella. Entitled "The Two Upright Fingers" and featuring The Eighth Doctor and Faction Paradox, it will be written by Lawrence Miles and Jim Mortimore.

The Fake Doctor Who News Page has been given the following plot details by a contract cleaner who works at Telos HQ:

"When the TARDIS's license isn't renewed by the Time Lords, the Doctor goes to the one group that can help him: Faction Paradox.

To get his TARDIS working properly once more, all the Doctor needs to do is sign himself over to Faction Paradox.

The fifth season of The Adventures of Professor Bernice Summerfield will kick off in February 2004 with a new story from Dave Stone entitled Professor Bernice Summerfield and the Distillery of Doom.

AN EXCLUSIVE STORY TO THE FAKE DOCTOR WHO NEWS PAGE.

The Fake Doctor Who News Page has been given the following details by a stalker going through Gary Russell's rubbish:

Plans for the Third McGann Season:
1) Piss off readers of the books by making out that the Doctor will never go back and find Sam at the Green Peace Rally.
2) Further piss off readers of the books by make subtle references to events in the EDAs.
3) Have a character in each play that I will play, whose sole purpose is to DIE HORRIBLY! - DON'T YOU PEOPLE GET IT? I'M NOT AN ACTOR!!!!!!!!!
4) Blackmail Rob Shearman into writing all four stories. If that fails, write all of them under various pseudonyms and blame Briggsy for them if the stories bomb horribly.

MARCH 16 - Meglos delayed!
The Fake Doctor Who News Page has just been informed that the video of Meglos was not on sale on Thursday. The Fake Doctor Who News Page has found out the reason for this through a BBC cleaner:

"Delay Meglos video release. Hold back until April. Use it to distract fans if Talons DVD has to be held back. Maybe throw in a freebie - possibly a cactus plant. That will keep the fanboys happy."
MARCH 15 - Press Release about Talon's DVD issued
The BBC has issued the following Press Release regarding The Talons of Weng-Chiang DVD:

"The press release officially announcing details of The Talons of Weng-Chiang DVD will be issued sometime soon."

It is understood by The Fake Doctor Who News Page that the actual Press Release is planned to be released before the DVD is available, but legal issues may hold it up until May.
