I started by scanning in a telesnap which showed a section of pipeline on the beach. Next I scanned in a telesnap of Maggie
Harris wading into the ocean, with Robson looking on in the foreground, fading the beach over this. Next I scanned in a picture
of an oil rig, placing this behind Maggie going into the sea. I then created a fog effect for the top half of the cover. Next I
scanned in an image of the Doctor inspecting the pipeline, placing this on the lower right of the cover. In order to get the effect
of gas escaping the pipeline right, I copied that secion of the pipeline layer, erased the original section of the picture, and
pasted the copied version in, fading over the other layers, and under the Doctor. Finally, I added a blue to green wash over the
entire cover.
