I started by scanning in an image of the console roomn, using this as a background image. Next I scanned in a picture of the
Eighth Doctor, placing this on the lower left of the cover, fading this over the console. Next I scanned in an image of the
Seventh Doctor, placing this in the upper middle of the cover, fading under the Eighth Doctor. I copied this layer, and changed
the second layer into a blue colour layer, which was then blended over the original image. I then scanned in an image of the
Master, placing this on the lower right, again fading over the background. I then increased the contrast on the Eighth Doctor.
in order to blend in better with the other layers. Finally, I added a blue wash to the entire image.
