I started by scanning in an image of the Governor in his office, using that as a background image. Next I added an image of the
Doctor in his prison cell, blending the bars and the Doctor into the background. Next I added an image of Sil, fading him into
the background, I then added an image of a mutated Peri, overlaying Sil's tank. Finally, I added a green wash to the entire
cover, which to finish tying all the elements together.
