I started this cover by scanning in an image of the Village Square. Next I scanned in a picture of the Doctor and Mergrave
puzzling out the mysteries of Castrovalva, removing the background, and adding them to the main picture. Next I added an
image of Portreeve, then a picture of Nyssa.
For me, this cover shows both the peaceful and deadly natures of Castrovalva.
